Nadia Alibhai BSc (Hons)Ost. Med, DO, ND, MRN. Nadia Alibhai specialises in bringing you relief from pain and restoring your mobility. Nadia doesn’t just tackle the symptoms but aims to find the root cause of the problem by treating the body as a whole and not a series of parts.


Physiotherapy

Emma is a physiotherapy graduate of St Georges, University of London Physiotherapy brings together a combination of therapy techniques that helps to reduce pain and restore correct function in your musculoskeletal system (muscles and bones). She has 5 years’ experience working as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist giving her a wide knowledge of rehabilitation exercises and musculoskeletal problems. She has the added insight from her personal training experience to be able to fully rehabilitate you back to full sporting/gym performance.

I try to look at all of the joints and muscles around the problem area not just the place the hurts or feels stiff. I put an emphasis on making sure all of the muscles around a problem area have a basic level of strength, when everything is strong tightness often goes on its own. This takes the pressure off other muscles reducing pain and dysfunction.
